We are currently building a small, high-performing sales team to work directly with growers, vineyards, and specialty crop producers across Oregon.

🌱 What You’ll Do
Develop and manage relationships with growers (vineyards, nurseries, specialty crops)
Drive direct B2B sales within your assigned Oregon territory
Educate clients on soil health, plant performance, and regenerative practices
Manage your pipeline using CRM
Close annual or seasonal supply agreements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in agricultural sales, field advisory, or B2B sales
Strong existing network within Oregon’s farming, vineyard, or specialty crop community
Proven ability to sell directly to growers
Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
💰 Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential:
8% commission – Small farms (≤150 gallons/year)
10% commission – Medium farms (151–400 gallons/year)
12% commission – Large farms (401+ gallons/year)
