🌱 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with growers (vineyards, nurseries, specialty crops)

  • Drive direct B2B sales within your assigned Oregon territory

  • Educate clients on soil health, plant performance, and regenerative practices

  • Manage your pipeline using CRM

  • Close annual or seasonal supply agreements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in agricultural sales, field advisory, or B2B sales

  • Strong existing network within Oregon’s farming, vineyard, or specialty crop community

  • Proven ability to sell directly to growers

  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a commission-based structure

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential:

  • 8% commission – Small farms (≀150 gallons/year)

  • 10% commission – Medium farms (151–400 gallons/year)

  • 12% commission – Large farms (401+ gallons/year)
